Privacy Policy

Don't Press (Basma in Turkey) works with as little data as possible. No ads, no ad tracking, and we never sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

What we collect

• Anonymous player ID. A random ID created on your device through Unity Authentication's anonymous sign-in. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
• Player name. The name you pick on first launch and can change in Settings. It is shown in friend rooms and daily comparisons. If you leave it empty, a random name is shown.
• Game results. In the Daily Run: the level you reached, whether you finished, and your time; in free runs, how many tries you used. The puzzle you lost on is stored only as an aggregate count per puzzle, separate from your ID (used to tune difficulty).
• Subscription status. The end date of your Premium subscription. Payment details stay with the App Store or Google Play and never reach us.
• Device language and time zone. To show text in your language and refresh your daily tries at your local midnight.

Your IP address is processed only while a request is handled, to prevent abuse (rate limiting); it is not written to our database. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs.

Where and with whom we process data

• Cloudflare: server and database hosting.
• Unity Technologies: anonymous sign-in (Unity Authentication) and crash reports.
• Apple and Google: subscription purchase and renewal.

Retention

Daily results are deleted automatically after 120 days. Account data is kept until you delete it.

Deleting your data

In the app, go to Settings → Delete my data to delete your account and all of your data on our server immediately. If you can't access the app, email us with your player ID (shown in Settings); we will complete the request within 30 days.

Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Write to us, or contact the data protection authority in your country.

Children

Don't Press is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
